1. Services

Lantern Labs provides decision-intelligence research and review services for investment professionals, delivered as one-time reports and recurring subscription plans. Purchases are made in United States dollars.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Lantern Labs does not store your card details. By completing a purchase you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Subscription plans (Accelerator Plan, Enterprise Plan) renew automatically at the start of each billing period, monthly or annually depending on the plan, using the card on file.

You will be charged the then-current plan price at each renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal, accessible via the "Manage billing" button on your purchase confirmation page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full coverage through the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made after cancellation.

5. Refunds

All sales are final. Lantern Labs does not offer refunds on one-time reports or subscription payments. Canceling a subscription ends future charges while preserving coverage through the end of the paid period.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry the charge automatically. Coverage continues during the retry window. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends.

7. Nature of the service

Lantern Labs provides research and analytical frameworks for informational purposes. Nothing delivered constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or an offer of securities.
